Full-Time Salary Range: $90373 - $153634
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are seeking an experienced Materials & Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics and warehouse operations at our Jacksonville and Mayport facilities. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving excellence in team performance, process efficiency, and material management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize logistics, warehouse, rental, and transportation operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functional areas.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve company and departmental performance metrics, meeting targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, supporting internal and external audits and surveillance.
- Manage material management systems, maintaining a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy and meeting MMAS criteria.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, analyzing data and implementing changes to enhance team performance and process efficiency.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff expertise and compliance with ISO procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to 6S standards and ensuring high-quality audit and surveillance outcomes.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Logistics Expertise: Successful experience in distribution and logistics management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance, ensuring effective partnerships and optimal service delivery.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in standard logistics software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. - Analytical and Organizational Abilities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Autonomy and Adaptability: Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics leadership roles.
- Preferred: Master's degree.
