Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67734 - $108375
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

In this role, you will:
- Provide support to Engineering and Manufacturing in the Material and Component Engineering Laboratory.
- Perform testing to ensure devices meet specifications (electrical, mechanical and environmental criteria).
- Perform root cause failure analysis of electronic assemblies and components.
- Use a variety of electronic test equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, curve tracer, DVM’s, LCR meter, network analyzers, etc.
- Use a variety of lab equipment such as low magnification and high magnification microscopes, cross-sectioning equipment, laser decap machine, X-ray, etc.
- You have a strong background in electronics
- You have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills
- Enjoy hands on work
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for frequent interaction among engineers, peers and management.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Familiar with test equipment or lab equipment used for non-destructive and destructive analysis.
- US Citizen
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Past experience in failure analysis of electronic assemblies
- Past experience testing and analyzing electronic components and materials
- 5 years of experience in a material evaluation or failure analysis laboratory
- Capable of obtaining a U.S. DoW Secret security clearance
