Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We're now seeking a highly skilled Librarian to join our dynamic team and help us manage our library operations.
We're looking for a talented Librarian to play a key role in supporting oversight and management of library operations, cataloging, reference support, digital resource management, archival services, user education, and collection development. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality research services, managing library staff, and ensuring effective library operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cataloging, metadata entry and management, reference services and expertise, digital resource organization and management, archival work and collection maintenance, and user training and experience
- Provide for collection development and Government research needs
- Support oversight and management of library operations, cataloging, reference support, digital resource management, archival services, user education, and collection development
- Manage library staff and ensure high-quality research services
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category (i.e., Library Science, Library & Information Science, or related degrees) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- 8 years of experience conducting Librarian support, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Intelligence Community experience preferred.
