Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, to join our Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Integration Support Contract (ISC) team supporting RSRV IPT.
Duties Of The Position Can Include
- Support the Government PM and staff as the administrative focal point
- Lead and assist with critical projects as a member of the leadership team.
- Development of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and others documents as required. Support metrics analysis, web maintenance, and SharePoint coordination
- Use analytical tools like PowerBI, JIRA, MS Team to show data, trends, and build dashboards
- TMT duties include keeping track of tasks as they are initiated, consolidating responses, tracking task status, task close out, etc..
- Manage communications with internal and external customers. Maintain a variety of soft and hard copy records
- Maintain the PMs calendar, arrange meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and track meetings and other action items
- Coordinate, facilitate and provide support for various meetings and events with a high degree of tact and diplomacy. Manage meeting and event logistics and connections.
- Other duties as requested

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Critical thinking skills to help troubleshoot system or process issues, assist business system users and test new patches or functionality.
- Proficient in using MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Organized with excellent follow up skills to track open issues.
- The ability to facilitate meetings for new system changes or projects.
- Self-starter who can operate somewhat independently after some time on the job.
- BS degree with 4 years of experience in a related area.
- Experience/knowledge with ICBM weapons systems
- Understanding and experience in DoW acquisitions systems engineering processes, gates, and reviews
- Knowledge of Air Force engineering systems
- Ability to analyze supportability of the design
- Experience in Risk Management
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Experience in Logistical Analysis
Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
