Role Description The Roustabout Pusher/Laborer is a full-time, on-site position based in Williston, ND, supporting oilfield construction, maintenance, and production operations. This role involves overseeing and working alongside roustabout crews, performing manual labor such as setting equipment, installing and repairing piping, and maintaining lease and facility grounds. Daily tasks include assisting with rigging and lifting operations, supporting drilling and production activities, operating or assisting with heavy equipment and cranes under supervision, and ensuring tools and materials are organized for efficient job completion. The Roustabout Pusher/Laborer is expected to follow all safety policies, communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members, document work performed, and adapt to changing field conditions and project needs.

Qualifications

- Rigging skills, including safe use of slings, chains, and lifting devices in accordance with industry standards.
- Exposure to drilling environments and understanding of typical drilling and workover activities is preferred.
- Ability to work around cranes and heavy equipment, with familiarity in assisting operators and maintaining safe working distances.
- Strong physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety, adherence to company policies, and willingness to participate in required safety trainings and certifications.
