What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Wealth Manager position at Badgley Phelps Wealth Managers?
As an Associate Wealth Manager, you will support all aspects of the client relationship and
sales efforts. You will work closely with the senior members of your team to maintain a fast
pace and solve any issues that arise. This is a critical role on the team, relied upon to manage
up and down the organization. This work will involve:
- Contribute to the preparation of client quarterly reports
- Creates meeting agenda and prepares material
- Client and professional partners' requests for information and actions
- Minor research knowledge to answer the client’s fundamental questions
- Support all elements of the wealth manager’s sales efforts
- Occasionally stand in for a wealth manager to handle client inquiries and meetings
- Lead problem-solving efforts
- Play the role of project manager, overseeing the planning as well as execution of high level client projects or tasks, especially those that involve both the Wealth Manager and/or the CSA to avoid anything ‘falling through the cracks’ and ensure it is completed on time.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000, and there is also a notable annual bonus
