Company Description Badges & Breakthroughs, Inc. is a Maryland-based, first-responder–focused mental health and wellness nonprofit (501(c)(3) pending) dedicated to supporting the people behind the badge and the families who stand beside them. The organization blends real-world public safety experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based education to help agencies and individuals move from surviving to thriving.
