Responsibilities
- Operate UTV and other off road equipment safely to access overhead power lines and surrounding vegetation.
- Perform Herbicide Applications to prevent interference with utility infrastructure.
- Use GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to map and document vegetation conditions and work progress.
- Apply horticultural knowledge to identify plant species, growth patterns, and potential hazards in utility corridors.
Experience
- Prior experience or growing knowledge in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable But willing to train.
- Basic understanding of GIS applications for mapping or project documentation is a plus.
- Knowledge of land management practices enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures when working or around electrical infrastructure is essential.
