Talent Advisor Responsibilities:
- Utilize online and offline channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional communities to source and attract talent
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct phone screenings and onsite interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate final interviews and offer presentations
- Onboard new hires and ensure they successfully transition into their roles
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the entire candidate lifecycle
- Promote Badger State Staffing’s brand to build referral networks
- Stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience (manufacturing-based is a plus)
- Growth mindset with the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
- Must be tech savvy and proficient in Windows-based programs/applications
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
