Badger Plastics & Supply has been a locally owned and operated business since 1984, proudly serving customers with quality products and exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare customer quotes and estimates.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Work closely with the sales and shop teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- No evenings or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
