Dry Plant Loader Operator

Job Summary

This position is responsible for safely operating mobile equipment to support dry plant operations and production goals. The Loader Operator feeds material to the dry screening process, maintains product quality standards, and helps ensure efficient plant performance. Success in this role requires good judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and effective communication with team members. Associates may be cross-trained and asked to support other areas of the operation as needed.

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy mobile equipment.
• Support dry plant production by loading, hauling, and feeding material.
• Maintain product quality, production efficiency, and safety standards.
• Complete equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness.Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in other operational areas and cross-train as needed.
