This role provides hands on project leadership while driving disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leads the planning and delivery of enterprise IT and business application projects.
- Manages scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure disciplined project execution.
- Crafts and delivers change management strategies to drive adoption and readiness.
- Coordinates cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization.
- Champions continuous improvement of project delivery standards and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of business and/or IT experience; 5 years in project management roles.
- PMP certification required. Agile, ScrumAlliance, SAFe, or comparable certifications preferred.
- This role requires being on-site daily and occasional travel to support operations across the US and Canada.
- Experience delivering enterprise or cloud based application initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented work practices and willingness to adopt modern productivity tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
