Badger Burger is looking for a dishwasher at our Mukwonago Location.
Description of the job:
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area
May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers
Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation
Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
Performs other related duties as assigned
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
