More specifically, we are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant who is eager to grow with us and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Conduct audits/reconciliations and oversee incentive processes.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Payroll Processing & HR:
- Run payroll, factoring in hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.
Financial Performance Reporting & Management:
- Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
- Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.
Culture and Reputation:
- Promote and embody the company's core values and mission.
- Lead and inspire the team, maintaining high standards and ensuring policy compliance.
Career Growth:
- This role offers significant growth opportunities within our expanding company.
- For the right candidate, there is potential for this position to evolve into Senior Accountant, Finance and Administrative Manager, Controller and CFO roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- 1 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
