Pay & Earnings
Our movers consistently earn $22–$27 /hour including tips and bonuses.
Base Pay
- Moving Specialists: $15/hr starting
- Drivers: $18–$20/hr starting
Tips
- Average $75–$100/day
Additional Earnings
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Additional cash incentives
- Overtime available at time-and-a-half
Many Moving Specialists become drivers within 4–6 weeks through our in-house driver training program.
No CDL required.

What We’re Looking For
You do not need moving experience.
We’re looking for people who:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Are dependable and motivated
- Are friendly and professional with customers
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Want to learn and improve
- Are interested in taking on greater responsibility over time
- Can lift and carry up to 150 lbs
- Have weekday or weekend availability
Customer service, athletics, warehouse, construction, landscaping, hospitality, delivery, or other physical-work experience can be helpful, but none is required.
We provide a full training program to prepare you for the job.
