- Assist the Warehouse Parts Manager in overseeing inventory management, ordering, and stocking of parts
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and process orders as needed
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and installations
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or parts management role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
