Schedule: 30 Hours per Week (Schedule can be flexible)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required by supervisory personnel.
Customer Service
•Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
•Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism
•Delivers notices to residents as directed
•Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
Maintenance, Grounds Keeping and Cleaning:
- Carry out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- Daily grounds maintenance, snow shoveling, dog park clean up, trash pickup and cleaning of dumpster areas.
- Assist with minor repairs, including painting, fixing doors, unclogging drains, and patching walls.
- Perform routine maintenance checks around the property.
- Help with installing or moving equipment and furniture.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager.
- Turn cleaning, daily maintaining cleanliness of buildings, laundry rooms and office.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and work with tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry items as needed.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, required.
Opportunity to acquire certifications in pool, boiler, and other maintenance training, thereby enhancing prospects for securing a full-time maintenance position with Bader.
Regulation & Safety
•Responsible to have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies and be willing to work within them.
•Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
•Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.
