Integrated Producer

As an Integrated Producer at Bader Rutter, you’ll own projects through their entire life cycle for broadcast, print, experiential, tradeshows and possibly some digital. Because you’re an innovative thinker and a natural at teamwork
and collaboration, working on production projects at this level comes naturally to you.
You can negotiate with vendors and manage internal relationships easily because you’re a natural problem-solver. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and people envy your eye for detail.
You’re a budget master and a proactive communicator. That’s why we want you. Bring your 7-10 years of production experience and strong vendor relationships to the team at Bader Rutter.
- Preference on position being based out of Chicago or Milwaukee.
Here’s why we want you:
- You have print production AND broadcast production experience.
- You love to look at projects across disciplines to get a wholistic view through print, broadcast, experiential and possibly even digital.
- You are able to handle simple and complex print production projects including brochures, directs mail, specialty printing
- You can produce photo shoots, animation and CGI projects and videos working with internal teams and external production houses
- You take full ownership of a project and manage it to a successful end.
- You have trade show experience.
- You thrive in pressure situations.
- Clients love you because you’re comfortable communicating clearly with them and collaborating on project details.
- You have a proven track record of flawless executions and creating beautiful work.
- You may already have strong vendor relationships in the Milwaukee/Chicago markets.
- You’ve probably got some integrated or digital experience.
