Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team in Seward, Nebraska. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
