Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney – Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

We are currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to develop their career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 workers’ compensation matters
• Prepare and submit settlement demands with supporting documentation
• Negotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and related parties
• Draft and respond to discovery in a timely and thorough manner
• Conduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as needed
• Represent clients in hearings, motions, and other court proceedings
Qualifications
• 0–3 years of workers’ compensation or related litigation experience
• Active and in good standing Georgia Bar license (required)
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
