What You’ll Do

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Bader Law, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients injured due to the negligence of others. You will manage personal injury cases from initial intake through trial or settlement, ensuring that clients receive expert legal representation and the compensation they deserve.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of personal injury cases, including review of medical records, police reports, witness statements, and other relevant documentation.

• Interview clients to gather detailed information and assess the merits and potential value of their claims.

• Provide clear legal guidance, outlining client rights, legal options, and anticipated timelines.

• Perform in-depth legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.

• Represent clients in settlement negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

• Advocate for clients in court during trials, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.

• Collaborate with experts (e.g., medical professionals, accident reconstructionists, economists) to strengthen case positions.

• Maintain organized and accurate case files, including all correspondence, evidence, and legal documentation.

• Keep clients regularly updated on case progress and respond to inquiries in a timely, empathetic manner.

• Negotiate favorable settlements to maximize client compensation while balancing legal and practical considerations.

• Guide clients through every phase of the litigation process with professionalism and clarity.

• Stay informed on emerging trends in personal injury law, relevant court decisions, and medical advancements through ongoing education.

• Represent the firm at networking and community events to enhance client development and firm visibility.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.
  • 2-4 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures in Georgia.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
  • Outstanding negotiation and advocacy abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and case management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
  • Trial experience and a track record of successful verdicts and settlements are preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services.
