Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and addresses the diverse needs of students.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and individualized instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) and early intervention strategies.
- Foster literacy education through reading programs and activities that promote language development.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
- Provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance in subjects such as math or literacy.
- Engage in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior among students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, including preschool or daycare environments.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes and lesson planning techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is a plus.
- Background in teaching physical education or implementing physical activity programs is desirable.
