JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strategic Leadership & Program Development
- Support the MCTP Director in positioning the Metro Council for Teen Potential (MCTP) as a leading organization in youth development, adolescent health, and the prevention of risky behaviors.
- Financial Sustainability & Resource Development
Develop and implement strategies to ensure long-term financial sustainability of MCTP programs in collaboration with partners and stakeholders. Assist with grant writing, reporting, and compliance updates.
- Partnership & Collaborative Oversight
Provide leadership and coordination for multi-agency collaboratives that serve youth. Foster and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance MCTP’s mission and reach.Serve as a liaison to funders, ensuring effective communication and adherence to grant requirements. Monitor grant-funded activities and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.Assist in the development and oversight of program budgets. Analyze program data to evaluate impact and guide future strategies. Help in completion of reports in a timely manner.Maintain the MCTP website and support the Director in promoting a unified community message on youth health and teen pregnancy prevention. Represent MCTP at community events and meetings related to grants and youth initiatives.Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) and a minimum of five years of experience in youth health, youth development, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, evaluate, and sustain youth-serving programs.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining diverse community partnerships.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Managerial experience with knowledge of budgeting and grant funding processes.
- Extensive familiarity with the Rochester community and its resources.
- Experience working with diverse populations and organizations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and relationship-building.
- Reliable transportation
