About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is central to delivering a best-in-class customer experience across both Baden Sports and Axe Bat.
You’ll be more than a point of contact, you’ll be a key partner to our customers and internal teams, ensuring orders flow smoothly, questions are resolved quickly, and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
· Accurately enter and manage orders within our ERP system
· Track and communicate order status, timelines, and inventory availability
· Partner with sales and product teams to support custom orders and layouts
· Process returns, claims, and warranty requests with a solution-focused mindset
· Provide day-to-day support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
