Operations Associate - E-commerce Fulfillment

Badass Patches is a veteran-owned company based in Raleigh, NC that designs and produces custom patches, challenge coins, apparel, and gear for military units, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, first responders, and organizations across the country.

This position combines warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, quality control, and problem solving. You'll spend part of your day picking and packing orders, but you'll also be trusted to verify order accuracy, identify mistakes before shipments leave the building, organize inventory, and help improve the way our warehouse operates.

Because we're a small business, everyone wears multiple hats. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, notices the little things, and enjoys finding better ways to get the job done.

• Pick and pack customer orders with exceptional accuracy
• Verify products, quantities, and customizations before shipment
• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate warehouse organization
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment
• Help improve warehouse processes and efficiency
• Work with shipping software to prepare packages
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate issues before they become problems

Required:

• 2 years of work experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, retail operations, or another fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED



Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment
• Experience using shipping software (ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, etc.)
• Inventory management experience
• Experience in small business operations
• Experience working in environments where accuracy is critical
