Dishwasher (Seasonal, Part-Time) – Concert Season
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team for the upcoming concert season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and can work independently. Locations include Vancouver WA, Portland OR, Troutdale OR
Qualifications:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Availability for all remaining concert dates at Hayden Homes
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Standards
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times in accordance with company policies
- Adhere to uniform and food safety requirements (proper attire, non-slip shoes, hair secured)
- Arrive on time and ready to work at the start of each shift
Food Safety & Sanitation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Properly complete time and temperature logs
- Maintain sanitizer buckets and handwashing/glove protocols
Dish Pit Operations
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area, equipment, and workspace clean and organized
- Set up and maintain dishwashing stations with correct temperatures and chemical levels
- Ensure floors remain clean and dry
Team Support
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and on-site management
- Assist Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams during downtime with cleaning or food prep
- Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to management promptly
