Bad Larry's is looking for a bartender that can work both Bartending and waiting tables as needed. Business is growing and we are expanding our staff. Responsibilities include Drink menu creation and innovative drink specials. Creativity is a plus. Cleanliness, proper pouring techniques, proficiency and consistency is a must. Experience of one year minimum is required, as is the ability to handle large groups and multiple tables. The position currently is Tues, Thurs & Friday. All busy days. May be opening Sundays Late August. The current bartender leaving has built an amazing customer base, so the person(s) I hire must be capable to maintain and grow these profitable shifts. There will be a 2 week Training/familiarization period prior to taking over the schedule.
