Warehouse Fulfilment Lead
Who you are:
Bad Brads BBQ Warehouse Fulfilment Lead responsibilities will include performing a variety of manual tasks, setting up daily orders, unloading delivery trucks, storage, distribution of food products in their proper location, including packing orders, light food prep, operating warehouse equipment and general maintenance and cleanup.
What you’ll do:
· Unload deliveries and storing food in the proper location
· Accurately reads packing slips and assemble items onto pallets
· Accurately accounts for all products received; completes receiving forms for inventory documentation
· Accurately, efficiently, and safely stores items on racks, shelves, bins or refrigerated rooms/freezers according to product type, size or expiration date
· Properly wrap pallets to company specifications
· Light food preparation
· Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times including warehouse, grounds, bins and equipment
· Demonstrates professionalism and speaks respectfully when interacting with all staff.
· Accurately inventory meat daily
· Ensuring proper rotation of all meats according to expiration dates

What we need from you:
· Relevant warehouse experience in a leadership role
· Highly organized and professionally mature with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently under minimal supervision
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
· Ability to work in a cooler for long periods of time
