Core Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Deliver the Aloha spirit in each customer and team interaction
· Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages; such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
· Champion menu items to customers; provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or
preparation descriptions
· Cashier duties including processing customer payments
· Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing all work and service areas, utensils, and
equipment
· Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and adequate stock of supplies and retail products
· Practice quality service and safety standards; comply with all procedures, rules and regulations
· Be a team player; good communication, organizational, and time management skills· Able to work on your feet and lift objects regularly
· Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; Food Safe Certificate a plus
· Able to work in our store located on 21st Ave in Nashville, Tn.
