Aloha! Are you looking to be a part of something different? Come join our ‘ohana in our coffee shop located in downtown Phoenix's CityScape. As part of our ‘ohana, your main responsibility will be to provide a badass experience to our customers.
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is a premium coffee, tea, and food franchise that serves superior Hawaiian & international coffees with a kick, blended drinks, teas, and branded merchandise with exceptional service. Core Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver the Aloha spirit in each customer and team interaction
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages; such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Champion menu items to customers; provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
- Cashier duties including processing customer payments
- Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing all work and service areas, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and adequate stock of supplies and retail products
- Practice quality service and safety standards; comply with all procedures, rules and regulations
- Be a team player; good communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work on your feet for up to 8-hour shifts and lift objects regularly
- Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; Food Safety Certificate a plus
- Able to work in our store located in CityScape Phoenix
- A love for coffee!
