Bacon Home Remodeling is hiring a motivated, energetic Call Center Agent to set appointments for our bathroom and deck remodeling divisions.
We’re looking for someone with collections experience who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by results. Your job is to connect with interested homeowners, learn about their projects, and schedule qualified appointments with our sales team.
Your collections experience should translate into strong objection handling, consistent follow-through, and the ability to guide conversations toward a clear outcome while treating customers professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in our services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ask questions about customers’ projects and schedule qualified appointments.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the appointment.
- Follow up consistently with homeowners you haven’t reached or who haven’t scheduled.
- Help recover cancelled appointments and reconnect with older leads.
- Keep accurate notes and appointment information in our CRM.
- Work toward individual and team appointment goals.
- Participate in coaching and training to improve your results.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous collections experience is preferred.
- A confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Someone who is competitive, dependable, and motivated by performance goals.
- Persistence and the ability to stay focused through rejection and challenging conversations.
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfort using computers and learning CRM software.
- Someone who welcomes feedback and puts coaching into practice.
Additional experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or the home improvement industry is a plus.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stays persistent, and delivers results.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
