Backyard World LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused professional to join our team in a Customer Service & Sales Support role. We’re looking for someone who is confident, trustworthy, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
In this role, you’ll support both our office staff and sales team while helping create a smooth, stress-free buying experience for every customer. This position is part of our unique “Shedologist” program — specializing in sheds, cabins, garages, playsets, gazebos, and other backyard products — where extensive product knowledge meets outstanding customer service.
