Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events efficiently
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office remains well-stocked and functional
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software for expense tracking and invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to support team needs
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
