Job Overview
We are seeking a Carpenter / Laborer to assist with shed repairs at our sales lot and at customers homes in the area.
Responsibes
- Perform framing, siding, door hanging, trim carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, and other residential carpentry tasks
- Support site preparation activities including stone base with PT 4 x 4 box, tear down and removal of old shed, take down and put back fence.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, metal stud framing tools, and woodworking machines
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Experience with residential carpentry projects such as door hanging, fixture installation, siding work, flooring installation, and trim work.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
