Schedule
- 40-hour work week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM at the Lawn Master Waxahachie Office
- Possibly occasional weekends during the busy season, with manager approval
- Manage daily flow of incoming leads for multiple product channels.
- Call new leads to answer questions, gauge their interest, and determine lead viability.
- Follow conversation scripts to scrub leads and steer them in the right direction.
- Assign leads to the appropriate Territory Managers in Salesforce.
- Respond to incoming phone calls via LM office’s phone etiquette SOPs.
- Assist with office tasks including material and literature shipments, data entry, and order processing as directed by the Office Manager.
- Interact with in-person lumber desk customers while inside sales managers are occupied.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as required by the Office Manager and General Manager.
- GED or High School Diploma
- Professional appearance
