Construction Laborer – Swimming Pools
Backyard Oasis Pools is looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing pool construction team in the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet area.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on custom swimming pool construction and renovation projects. Pool experience is not required — we are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist with swimming pool construction and remodeling projects
- Job site cleanup and organization
- Digging, grading, and general site preparation
- Assist with concrete, rebar, framing, and forming
- Move and load construction materials
- Assist with pool decking, pavers, tile, and coping
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Assist equipment operators and skilled crew members
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Perform other general construction duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and shows up to work on time
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
- Able to perform physically demanding work and lift 50 lbs.
- Willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Construction, concrete, landscaping, excavation, or pool experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
- Some additional hours may be available depending on workload
Pay
$15–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
