Customer Service Representatives/ Cashiers must have:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills: Friendly and knowledgeable with a desire to help people.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Helping customers with pool and hot tub products such as chemicals, parts, equipment, etc.; answering their questions about water chemistry, pool and spa equipment, parts and troubleshooting.
- Handling cash, credit or check transactions
- Scanning goods and collecting payments
- Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Basic Math (addition and subtraction)
- Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication
- Product Knowledge (we will train)
