Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients.
This position has a ton of growth potential. We promote from within and are looking for the right candidate to mold into a leader within our organization. We currently have 2 stores in Metro Detroit and plan on adding 2 more locations within the next 3 years.
Position- (1) team member to assist customers as they visit our retail store in Metamora as well as assist customers online via our website and online marketplace.
This is an inside sales position and does not require any cold calling.
Duties include greeting our customers, educating them on our products, and quoting and selling our products based on the customer's wants and needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as a CRM and office. If you have previous sales experience in an office setting, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful sales associate within our organization should provide an amazing customer experience from the point of sale to the fulfillment of the order.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers visiting our location
- Answer sales calls
- Respond and call online leads provided
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintain contact lists and update leads using our CRM
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior managers to carry out objectives
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
Experience:
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
