We are seeking reliable, hardworking Artificial Turf Installers / Field Technicians to join our crew. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming outdoor spaces through expert site preparation, turf installation, and finishing work. This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor position with opportunities for growth in a booming local industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites: excavate, grade base materials, install drainage, and ensure proper compaction for southern Utah’s slopes and soil conditions.
- Install high-quality synthetic turf: measure, cut, seam, secure, and infill turf for a natural, durable finish.
- Operate tools and equipment safely (e.g., sod cutters, compactors, power tools, and small machinery like skid steers).
- Perform site cleanup, final walkthroughs with customers, and minor maintenance/repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, turf installation, or general labor is preferred but not required — we provide training!
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle outdoor conditions (heat, sun, and occasional wind).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (clean driving record a plus).
- Team player with a positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed).
