In this vital role, you will contribute to various phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will support the successful execution of construction plans, from site preparation to equipment maintenance, helping us build durable structures that stand the test of time. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute project tasks.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate power tools and construction equipment responsibly, conducting routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Support heavy lifting activities using appropriate techniques and equipment to prevent injuries.
• Implement erosion control strategies and ensure proper installation of barriers or silt fences during site work.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and manual handling tasks throughout the workday..
• Prior experience working with power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment in a safe manner.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
