Types of Projects
Our crews install a variety of residential outdoor living projects, including:
- Composite and treated wood decks
- Screen rooms and sunrooms
- Patio covers and pergolas
- Outdoor kitchens and fireplaces
- Concrete patios and walkways
- Railings and stairs
- Fencing
- General carpentry and exterior construction
Every project is unique, providing steady, year-round work with a variety of installation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or carpentry experience required
- Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude around customers
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 100 pounds and work outdoors in all seasons
Independent Contractor Requirements
This position is for a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Applicants should:
- Provide their own basic construction hand and power tools
- Have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Be dependable and capable of working independently or as part of a crew
- Crew leaders and established installation crews are encouraged to apply
