What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk / Facility Rover position at Backyard Bones?
Front Desk Associate / Facility Rover
Your responsibilities will include checking dogs in and out of the facility, assisting with facility events, making appointments for all of the facility departments (daycare, grooming, swimming, training), interacting with the clients and you will be responsible for bringing the dogs in and out of the room when they arrive and go home. You may also be asked to give 15 - 30 minute breaks to employees during the day in the daycare rooms & if you would like to learn to swim with the dogs that is a possibility.
Qualifications & Daily Responsibilities :
- 18 years of age or older
- Kind, energetic and respectful animal lover
- Positive attitude towards dogs and customers
- Able to be on time and ready for the responsibilities of each shift
- Able to communicate with team members through ear piece or walkie talkie as well as any written communication that is needed
- Able to handle one - two dogs at a time or a group of dogs for 30 minute breaks for other employees.
- Willing to follow cleaning protocol during the day and the evening closing shift
- Prior experience with dogs is preferred

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
