Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Camera Car Operator t to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the car they are assigned to, notifying the recovery agent of any valid hits. This role requires a strong ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy while utilizing various office tools and systems. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication in multiple languages can enhance our customer support efforts. Pay is on a per day and per car basis and subject to differ from the referenced start number. $700 pay week is based on a schedule to work 7 days with 10,000 scans per day. There is also a per car amount added onto the daily pay, if a unit is recovered. 7 days a week is not required. Must have a valid drivers license and a minimum of 1 year of repossession experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze account information and identify recovery opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of interactions.
- Utilize office software and computerized systems to track progress and manage accounts.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations throughout the recovery process.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office environments is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account statuses and develop effective recovery plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for successful client interactions.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
