Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our Fresno office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions and litigation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, disputes, and litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Advise clients on compliance, land use, zoning, and development issues.
- Manage all aspects of case handling, including discovery, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff for efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 2–5 years of real estate law experience, including litigation and transactional matters (preferred).
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and organization.
- Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
