What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Backd Business Funding?
This role is on-site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and is not eligible for remote work.
Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
What Your Will Do
- Coordinate with the sales team to effectively keep the deal flow process moving.
- Collecting appropriate documentation needed for applications.
- Address customer inquiries and assist.
- Assist the SVP of Partnerships with reports and other necessary tasks.
- Communicate across multiple departments to keep teams informed.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts and related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards
- Completing contract requests
- Reviewing applications for accuracy.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
