The Job The Media Coordinator will support the account management team, executing the tactical elements and reporting on the outcomes of our clients' Paid Social Media campaigns. This role will focus on executing paid media through social platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat and other emerging social media platforms. You'll adeptly prioritize multiple tasks and clients daily to ensure seamless campaign execution, balancing creative thinking with data-driven analysis. This position requires in-person work from our Carbondale, CO or Denver, CO office 2-3 days/week, with remote work flexibility the rest of the week. The Work Support Media Strategists during campaign strategy development and plan execution Build and assist in management of paid social media campaigns across multiple self-serve platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client KPIs and analyze results Conduct research to inform and support media strategies and tactics Collaborate with Media Strategists to ensure all campaign details are addressed, including drafting insertion orders, confirming budgets, coordinating materials, and maintaining data accuracy in media plans Utilize trafficking and reporting tools to monitor delivery and results of digital campaigns (Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, AdSwerve, etc.) Coordinate with the Operations and Finance team to ensure timely billing Stay up to date on latest research and media trends The Essentials Note: we consider applicants of all backgrounds. Bachelor’s Degree 0-2 years professional experience Your Capabilities Able to work successfully in a team environment that promotes collaboration in addition to confidently working independently and leveraging resources at hand You communicate effectively at all levels Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally, as well as with those outside the team Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills Have a solid understanding of mathematical concepts and managing budgets Has a basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, along with knowledge of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements Detail-oriented and ability to appropriately manage time Competent Excel and PowerPoint Able to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure Willing to learn new things and challenge the norm The Extra Mile Knowledgeable on aspects of digital and traditional media such as Paid Social Media, Search Engine Management, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Display, Mobile, Out-of-home, TV, Print, etc. Experience in META Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Looker Studio and/or Google Campaign Manager Excel master Understanding of Backbone’s core values A love of the outdoors Natural curiosity A sense of humor Be you, on our team.
