Key Responsibilities
HR & Employee Support
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Support leadership in handling employee concerns and workplace policies.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and team collaboration.
Office & Administrative Management

HR & Admin Experience – 3 years in HR, office management, or a related role.
