This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grand Junction, CO, for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. They will manage teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves resolving project challenges, providing progress updates to stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and scheduling construction projects effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in construction projects
- Team management, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and workers
- Budgeting and financial management experience in construction project operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve construction challenges
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is preferred
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, particularly in underground and aerial systems, is an advantage
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
