GENERAL MANAGER
Back Yard Burgers, a quick serve restaurant chain is seeking General Managers for multiple locations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. Prior knowledge of restaurant operations, supervision, and guest service, and knowledge of P&L are helpful.
Successful candidates should be highly motivated in driving results and a customer service enthusiast that can lead and inspire your team driving that positive dining experience for our guests.
Individual must have minimum or one year of QSR General Manager experience. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels. Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
