ASSISTANT MANAGER
Back Yard Burgers, a quick serve restaurant chain is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Cool Springs, TN location! As an Assistant Manager, your overall responsibility will be:
- Assist in day-to-day restaurant operations
- Monitor labor and food costs to budget, review financial reports, and take appropriate action
- Order food, paper, and cleaning supplies
- Champion in the development of restaurant team members
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed
- Consistent application and compliance with HR policies and procedures and applicable labor laws
- Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Ensure company standards on equipment, facilities, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program.
Successful candidates should be highly motivated in driving results and a customer service enthusiast that can lead and inspire your team driving that positive dining experience for our guests.
Individual must have minimum or one year of management experience. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels. Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
